Greetings from the Northlands of Alaska, For those who do not know me I am the State Director of Alaska for the IPHC. I am also the Sr. Pastor of Victory Worship Center in Anchorage, AK. Beth and I moved to Anchorage in August 2000 since then we have seen the hand of God at work all around us. Against all odds God has been faithful to fulfill His Word. We have had a powerful year and half taking Victory Worship Center from two families to 40 on Sunday Mornings. We just brought in 16 new members into Victory this last Sunday. God is moving in a new and fresh way as we chase after Him with love and adoration. Beth and I had the great privilege to spend most of January in the lower 48 raising funds for the Alaska District. Many of you we met as we traveled from Southern California to South Carolina. We had the opportunity to be in services with Ed Sovoso, Jack Hayford, Bishop McLaughlin, and many others as we went from one Evangelism School of Ministry to another. In these meetings Beth and I shared about the third world country conditions that plague Alaska Villages. How that teen suicide rates are nine times greater in Alaska than any where else in the US. Twice as many Alaska Natives are below poverty level than any other people group in the US. Alaska is one the darkest areas spiritually and physically in the US. With more Shamans than any where else in the US. Dr Ron Carpenter Executive Director of Evangelism USA and also the Supt. of Home Missions Conference encouraged and asks all IPHC Conferences to help support the Alaska District for one year with a monthly pledge of $100.00. I also am asking churches and individuals to pledge for one year $20.00 a month. The needs are great we need snow mobiles, 4 wheelers, a Plane, and a grant or donation to pay for flying lessons so I can get my pilots license. If you can help us in any of these areas please contact us immediately. Our address and phone number will follow this message. I do want to give a special thanks to Principal Craig Wascom of Faith Academy in Louisiana for their very generous Christmas gift. God has so blessed us with such wonderful supporters and friends in the ministry. Beth and I will be in Kansas and Oklahoma in April. We will be ministering in several locations that will be posted below. In closing we need your prayer and support as we take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the villages, towns, and cities of Alaska. We are seeking for intercessors who will take our ministry daily and intercede on our behalf for the physical and spiritual help that is needed.
